Terms

Terms of Service

These terms govern the services Billing4ABA provides to ABA clinics. The definitive terms for any specific engagement are set out in the signed services agreement and Business Associate Agreement (BAA) between us — this page is a plain-language summary.

This is not legal advice. Please review the signed agreement and consult counsel for your specific situation.

Services

Billing4ABA provides revenue-cycle management services for ABA clinics, which may include: claims submission and follow-up, denial management, payer credentialing, prior authorizations, posting and reconciliation, and weekly reporting. The exact scope is set out in your services agreement.

Fees

Our standard fee structure is:

  • Onboarding: $250 flat, upfront. Covers system integration, past-claims audit, and workflow map.
  • Full RCM (billing & coding): 5% of collections, with a $500/month minimum. We win when you collect.
  • Credentialing: success fee — billed only after a payer approval lands.

Specific rates, minimums, and any custom-scope work are set out in the signed services agreement, which controls if anything here is in conflict.

No long lock-in

We do not require multi-year commitments. Either party may end the engagement on the notice period stated in the services agreement; we'll cooperate on a clean handoff of access and open work.

Client responsibilities

To do the job, we need a few things from you:

  • Timely access to your EHR, clearinghouse, and payer portals
  • Accurate session documentation from your clinical team
  • Prompt responses on items that need your sign-off
  • Signed BAA before any PHI is exchanged

Outcomes (collection rates, AR days, credentialing timelines) depend in part on these inputs. We do not guarantee specific financial results.

Confidentiality and PHI

All client information is confidential. PHI is handled exclusively under the terms of the signed BAA and applicable HIPAA rules. See Privacy and Security & HIPAA for details.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billing4ABA's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The BAA governs liability with respect to PHI.

Governing law

These terms and any related services agreement are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms as the business evolves. Material updates will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. The current version always lives at this URL.
