Onboarding

Your first 30 days with Billing4ABA.

Here is what we do each week, what we need from your team, and what becomes visible to you. This is about seeing your billing clearly, not a promise of a particular result.

week by week. nothing hidden.

Timing depends on how quickly access is set up and on the scope we agree. Some clinics move faster, some slower. We will tell you if a week slips and why.

    Free review and fit

    What we do

    • Hold a free 30-minute billing review. No PHI needed.
    • Look at your payer mix, your current reporting and what feels stuck.
    • Tell you plainly whether we are a good fit, and if not, why.

    What we need from you

    • Bring your payer list and de-identified totals if you have them.
    • Tell us what you want to see each week.
What becomes visible:A one-page plan: the observed issue, what is still unknown and the first three checks.

    • Sign the BAA and the service agreement.
    • Create user accounts for us in your systems.
