How to use it

  1. 1Copy the "This week" tab each Monday, or save a new file per week.
  2. 2Fill in the counts and amounts. Totals and AR columns add up on their own.
  3. 3Keep "What is stuck" to items with a reason and an owner. If no one owns it, that is the decision to make.
  4. 4The EXAMPLE tab shows a filled-in week. All its numbers are made up.
