How to use it
- 1Add a row per authorization. Use the authorization number and a client code, never the patient's name.
- 2Enter approved units and update "Units used" weekly. Units left, % used and days left fill in on their own.
- 3Amber means 80% of units used or 30 days left. Red means 95% used or 14 days left.
- 4Put the renewal request date in as soon as you know the payer's window.
- 5The "Texas Medicaid timing" tab lists the TMPPM timing rules with links.
