Denial log and weekly worklist
Log every denial with its reason in plain words, the evidence you checked, the next action and who owns it. Then work the list in an order that protects deadlines first.

How to use it
- 1Add one row per denied claim line. Use the claim or reference number, never the patient's name or member ID.
- 2Write the payer's reason code and then the reason in your own words.
- 3Pick a category and a next action from the dropdowns, and set a due date before the payer's appeal or corrected-claim deadline.
- 4Each week, work the "Worklist" order: closest deadline first, then the reason that shows up most, then the oldest.
- 5Delete the EXAMPLE rows when you start.
